Ja’Corey Brooks, an American football wide receiver for the Alabama Crimson Tide, was born on October 31, 2001. Brooks was raised in Miami, Florida, and first attended Booker T. Washington Senior High School there.

He caught 99 passes for 1,281 yards and 18 touchdowns as a junior, contributing to Washington’s state title victory. Following the season, Brooks enrolled at IMG Academy in Bradenton, Florida. Brooks promised to attend Alabama to play collegiate football.
