Friend of Leticia, speaks about the final moment she spoke to her before her death

A 17-year-old final year student of Miracle Senior High School at Barkoniaba in the Sunyani district of the Bono Region allegedly committed suicide.

Leticia Kyere Pinaman is said to have been found hanging in the school dining hall on Monday around 9:30 p.m. by her classmates.

While the cause of the incident is unknown, it happened when the majority of the students were studying the Bible in the school’s assembly hall. Gifty Acheampong, the Housemistress, said in an interview that she was in the kitchen when she received the shocking news.

The body was handed over to the Sunyani Municipal Police and placed in a mortuary at the Sunyani Regional Hospital for investigation.

The dinning hall prefect, who is also a friend of the late Leticia Kyere, has also described the last time she saw her and what happened.
